Our precision metal sheet bending services transform flat sheets into complex geometries for wind towers, cranes, and industrial equipment. Capable of handling materials up to 120mm thickness, we deliver high-accuracy bends with minimal springback, ensuring seamless integration into large-scale structures.


Features


Advanced Bending Technology

CNC press brakes with 2,000-ton capacity, achieving bend angles from 30° to 180° with ±0.1° tolerance (for thickness ≤20mm).

Tooling library: 500+ upper/lower dies for V-bending, U-bending, and edge rolling, including custom tools for radii from 2mm to 200mm.

Material Adaptability

Processable materials: carbon steel (Q235B, SS400), stainless steel (304, 316L), aluminum (6061-T6, 5052-H32), and high-strength steel (Q690D, Strenx 700).

Maximum sheet size: 6,000x3,000mm, with automated sheet flipping systems for double-sided bending.

Surface Protection

Pre-bending surface masking to prevent coating damage, suitable for pre-painted or galvanized sheets (adhesive residue <5% after removal).

Post-bending edge deburring (Ra ≤3.2μm) to eliminate sharp edges and improve subsequent welding quality.


Application


Wind Tower Segments: Conical sections for 8MW turbine towers, with taper angles controlled to ±0.05°, meeting IEC 61400-1 structural requirements.

Crane Booms: Hydraulic cylinder brackets for 500-ton mobile cranes, bent from quenched-tempered steel (yield strength ≥690MPa).

Industrial Enclosures: Custom cabinets for wind farm SCADA systems, featuring water-tight bends (IP66 rating) and EMI shielding.
