Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205): High-strength (yield strength ≥450MPa) and pitting-resistant (PREN=34), designed for extreme marine conditions (e.g., North Atlantic).

Surface Finish Excellence

#4 brush finish (Ra ≤0.8μm) for aesthetic interiors, or bead blasting (Ra ≤1.6μm) for improved paint adhesion on structural components.

Electropolishing option reduces surface roughness by 50%, eliminating crevices where corrosion might initiate.

Precision Manufacturing

CNC machining with thermal compensation (±0.01mm for diameter ≤100mm), ensuring tight tolerances for bolted connections and moving parts.

Solution annealing (for 316L) at 1,100°C for 30 minutes, enhancing intergranular corrosion resistance (ASTM A262 Practice E pass).
